Remains of Korean man to return home 70 yrs after death
ASAHIKAWA, Japan - O Jong Ja (L) from Busan, South Korea, puts into a new urn on July 27, 2014, the bones of her father O Il Sang who was mobilized to work at a coal mine in the town of Numata in the northernmost Japanese prefecture of Hokkaido during World War II and died in 1944. A Japanese civic organization identified the bones.
