TOKYO, Japan - Sakari Momoi (R), a 111-year-old Japanese, receives a Guinness World Records certificate as the world's oldest man on Aug. 20, 2014, in Tokyo. The recognition came following the death in June of a Polish-born New Yorker of the same age who previously had the title.
