Japan's oldest film festival opens in Oita Pref.

OITA, Japan - "Kagura," a Shinto theatrical dance, is performed in front of a screen to commemorate the start of the traditional Yufuin Film Festival on Aug. 27, 2014, the oldest movie festa in Japan, in Yufu, Oita Prefecture. This year's festival in the southwestern hot-spring resort will feature 20 Toho Co. movies mainly produced in the 1960s and 1970s.
