Nishikori reaches U.S. Open semifinals

NEW YORK, United States - Japan's Kei Nishikori celebrates after defeating Switzerland's Stan Wawrinka in the U.S. Open on Sept. 3, 2014, in New York. The 10th-seeded Nishikori defeated the third-seeded Wawrinka 3-6, 7-5, 7-6(7), 6-7(5) 6-4 to become the first Japanese player in 96 years to reach the U.S. Open semifinals.
