YONAGO, Japan - A spectacular mythological scene drawn with special fluorescent paint looms at night when lit by black light on a coastal path at the Kaike hot spring resort in Yonago, Tottori Prefecture, western Japan, on Sept. 12, 2014, as part of an event linked to a myth set in the region.
