Japan scholar serves seaweed soup at tasting event in Russia
VLADIVOSTOK, Russia - Koji Miyauchi (L), lecturer at Nihon University's College of Bioresource Sciences in Fujisawa, west of Tokyo, serves seaweed soup to participants in a tasting event held in Vladivostok, Russia, on Sept. 19, 2014, by Japanese and Russian researchers to promote the use of seaweed in dishes in the country.
