Panasonic develops nursing-care robot for elderly

TOKYO, Japan - Panasonic Corp. demonstrates a nursing-care robot that it has developed, which helps the elderly walk or get out of bed, in Tokyo on Sept. 24, 2014. The company said it plans to start selling the robots to hospitals and nursing-care facilities in the business year starting April 2016.
