TOKYO, Japan - A car carrying Kim Won Jin, minister at the South Korean Embassy in Japan, leaves Japan's Foreign Ministry in Tokyo on Oct. 9, 2014, after Junichi Ihara, director general of the Foreign Ministry's Asian and Oceanian Affairs Bureau, lodged a protest over South Korea's indictment of the former Seoul bureau chief of a Japanese newspaper.
