TOKYO, Japan - This "Wasanbon Roll" by patissier Kensuke Kitagawa from a cake shop in Takamatsu, Kagawa Prefecture, southwestern Japan, wins the "ROLL-1 Grand Prix" contest for Japan's best Swiss roll in Tokyo on Oct. 17, 2014. The award-winning cake features "wasanbon" refined Japanese sugar and rice flour from Kagawa.
