Foreign visitors to China continue to decline
BEIJING, China - Foreign tourists wearing masks walk in a heavily polluted Tiananmen Square in Beijing on Oct. 9, 2014. The number of travelers to mainland China from abroad, including Macao and Hong Kong, saw a 2.5% drop to 129.07 million in 2013, according to the China Tourism Academy, which cited fears of terrorism as a factor for the decline in foreigner visitors as well as environmental issues.
