Local city assembly OKs restart of nuclear plant

SATSUMASENDAI, Japan - Citizens of the city of Satsumasendai, Kagoshima Prefecture, watch live coverage of an extraordinary session of the city assembly on Oct. 28, 2014, at a hall near the city government offices. The assembly convened to determine whether to approve restarting the two-reactor Sendai nuclear power plant in the southwestern Japanese city.
