Special economic advisor to PM Abe speaks in Tokyo
TOKYO, Japan - Koichi Hamada, a special economic adviser to Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe on economic affairs and professor emeritus at Yale University, speaks at the Foreign Correspondents' Club of Japan in Tokyo on Dec. 1, 2014. He expressed his idea of lowering Japan's effective corporate tax rate to around 25% from the current rate of around 35%.
