SEOUL, South Korea - Construction work on the 2nd Lotte World commercial complex in Seoul, shown in this photo taken on Dec. 16, 2014, has been temporarily suspended as the city government is poised to carry out a safety check of the building. The order follows a series of incidents raising safety issues including water leaks at the aquarium and a worker's fatal fall at the construction site.
