ADB chief says lower oil prices will benefit Asian economies

BANGKOK, Thailand - Asian Development Bank President Takehiko Nakao is interviewed in Bangkok on Dec. 19, 2014. Nakao said the same day that Asian economies will benefit from cheaper oil prices.
