TOKYO, Japan - A Granpa Co. employee teaches students from Africa about indoor farming at its vegetable factory in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, on Sept. 24, 2014. The Japanese government has started the Master's Degree and Internship Program of the African Business Education Initiative for Youth (ABE Initiative).
