YOKOHAMA, Japan - Glass craftsman Hiroyuki Minamikawa stands with an optical lens featuring zero thermal expansion in Sagamihara, southwest of Tokyo, on Dec. 17, 2014. The lens will be one of 492 pieces constituting the main mirror for the world's biggest telescope called "Thirty Meter Telescope" or TMT set for completion in 2022 on Hawaii Island.
