Hanoi opens new bridge built with Japanese aid

HANOI, Vietnam - Nguyen Sinh Hung (2nd from R), chairman of the National Assembly of Vietnam, and Japanese infrastructure minister Akihiro Ota (2nd from L) unveil a nameplate for the Nhat Tan Bridge at its inauguration ceremony in Hanoi on Jan. 4, 2015. The bridge, crossing over the Red River and linking the Noi Bai International Airport to the city center, was completed with 54.1 billion yen in official loans from Japan.
