Honda's group net profit down for 1st time in 3 yrs

TOKYO, April 28 Kyodo - Tetsuo Iwamura, executive vice president of Honda Motor Co., announces the company's earnings results for the year ended in March 2015 at a press conference in Tokyo on April 28, 2015. Honda's group net profit fell for the first time in three years, down 8.9 percent from a year earlier to 522.76 billion yen ($4.4 billion), hurt by recall-related costs and sluggish sales in Japan.

                    Japan Display Inc. (JDI) has finalized a new fundraising framework totaling over 100 billion yen.
