Kaoru Yosano tapped to become chief Cabinet secretary
TOKYO, Japan - Kaoru Yosano, a former education minister who has been tapped to become the chief Cabinet secretary in Prime Minister Shinzo Abe's new Cabinet, enters the Prime Minister's Office on Aug. 27 as Abe prepares to appoint a new Cabinet lineup later in the day.
