New internal affairs minister Masuda was reformist governor
TOKYO, Japan - New Internal Affairs and Communications Minister Hiroya Masuda speaks at his inaugural press conference on Aug. 27. Masuda served as Iwate governor for three four-year terms until April 2007 and was known as a reformist governor.
