Japan, N. Korea to address history issue on 1st day of talks
ULAN BATOR, Mongolia - Song Il Ho (C), North Korea's ambassador in charge of normalization talks with Japan, speaks during the first day of the two-day talks at the Mongolian state guesthouse in Ulan Bator on Sept. 5. The talks are aimed at resolving thorny issues preventing the two countries from normalizing diplomatic relations.
