N. Korea executes leader's uncle

TOKYO, Japan - File photo taken in Pyongyang in July 2013 shows North Korean leader Kim Jong Un (L) and Jang Song Thaek, Kim's uncle and then vice chairman of the National Defense Commission, walking in a cemetery for soldiers who died during the Korean War. North Korea announced Dec. 13, 2013, that it had executed Jang, labeling him "a traitor."
