BlueRibbon Ocean Conservation Association (BROCA), a local non-profit organization, was involved in the rescue, transport coordination and release of the dolphin. Pu Bingmei, the secretary general of the organization, said this is their first successful case of saving a stranded dolphin and helping it get back to the sea.
