The rescue service said that the trolley was carrying around 40 to 45 pilgrims when the accident took place near Chowki airport road in the district due to over-speeding. The rescuers reached the site and started the rescue operation with the help of the local people, said the rescue service, adding that up to 28 passengers, including some bodies, had been found so far while a search operation for the missing people was underway.
