Emre Lake in Turkey
Emre Lake (Turkish: Emre Gölü) is located in the İhsaniye district of Afyonkarahisar Province, Turkey, on June 18, 2023. The lake is located within the exciting geological landscape of the Phrygian Valley. Emre lake covers an area of 5 square km. Deepest point of the lake is 3 m. The lake, where fishing can be done due to its fresh water source, is also one of the places frequented by migratory birds. From the shore of the lake, which is one of the ideal spots for those who want to camp in the Phrygian valley, they can also take a hot air balloon and watch the lake and the insatiable beauties of the Phrygian Valley from the sky.
