A young Iranian Kurdish nurse of 33 years old, Jina, was targeted with a shotgun by Iranian security forces with 8 “birdshot” while helping wounded protesters against the Islamic Republic of Iran, after death of Mahsa Amini, a 22 year old Iranian woman, was beaten to death by the Iranian “morality police” for wearing the Islamic headscarf incorrectly. In Iran it is a crime to help wounded protestors, punishable by imprisonment. She managed to escape to Irak, as a nurse she painfully managed to remove the 8 “birdshot”. She arrived In the Kurdistan Province in Northwest Iran and joined the fighters of the Komala of Revolutionary Toilers of Iranian Kurdistan (Komala), after her two months military training in the mountains near Sulaymaniyah, Iraq, She is now a medic among, the fighters as well as helping the villagers around.
