HUAI'AN, CHINA - JULY 30, 2023 - An old residential area under renovation in Huai 'an City, Jiangsu province, China, July 30, 2023. The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development recently released the data of the newly started renovation of old urban communities. It is reported that in 2023, the country plans to start the renovation of 53,000 old urban communities, involving 8.65 million residents.
