More than a hundred teams from 16 countries, divided into eight classes, face the challenge of being crowned champions of the 41st edition of the Copa del Rey MAPFRE sailing competition, a competition that will last six days and will bring together the best boats in the world in the race course of the Bay of Palma. Only those chosen from among the 1,500 participating sailors will be able to lift the trophy next Saturday, August 5, in a ceremony that will reward the winners and put an end to a week of regattas that will turn Mallorca and the Real Club Náutico de Palma into the epicenter of world sailing.
