The first offshore wind power project in South China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region has started the installation of its first wind turbine unit.
The turbine unit was hoisted into position on Saturday.
Located 12 to 25 km offshore, Fangchenggang Offshore Wind Power Site A plans to build 83 wind turbines with a total installed capacity of 700,000 kilowatts.
