As many as 7,216 films representing 131 countries and regions will take part in the festival's international section, said Azarpendar, adding that Spain, India, France and the United States are the countries with the most entries. Azarpendar made the remarks at a press conference in the Iranian capital Tehran on this year's festival, which is scheduled for Oct. 19-24, according to the TISFF's website.
