The move was dedicated to the annual festival Raksha bandhan on Wednesday when sisters tie a thread (symbolising siblings love) on their brothers' wrists. Now, one cooking gas cylinder of 14.2 kg will be available in Delhi for 903 Indian rupees (around 11 U.S. dollars).
