Queen Letizia Opens The School Year - Galicia
Queen Letizia, together with the Minister of Education and Vocational Training, Pilar Alegría and the President of the Xunta de Galicia, Alfonso Rueda during the official opening of the 2023/2024 school year, at the Camiño Inglés Infant and Primary School, on September 11, 2023, in Sigüeiro, Oroso, A Coruña, Galicia, Spain. Queen Letizia today presided over the official opening ceremony of the 2023/2024 school year in the town of Sigüeiro (A Coruña). She has done so in an educational center with a trajectory endorsed by the awarding of different prizes, among the latest is one of the Innovagal awards, granted by the Consellería de Educación for the implementation of innovative teaching approaches during the 2021-2022 course.
