It will also be the year's fourth and final Supermoon. As summer begins to wane and the days gradually shorten, the Harvest Moon graces the night sky, offering farmers and communities a time to reap the rewards of their labor and celebrate the fruits of the earth that's why it is popularly known as Harvest full moon. According to NASA, when the moon is near the horizon and during the rising Moon, things like trees and rocks can provide a sense of scale in the foreground. ''Harvest Moon'' is seen through the gaps in the branches and leaves of the trees in a forest at Tehatta, West Bengal; India on September 29, 2023.(Photo by Soumyabrata Roy/NurPhoto)
