Seven dead in a discotheque fire in Murcia - Spain

Relatives of the victims have approached the Teatre nightclub where there has been a fire, in the leisure area of Las Atalayas, on October 1, 2023, in Murcia, Region of Murcia (Spain). Once the fire at the Teatre discotheque has been extinguished, efforts are being made to locate several people who were in the nightclub and who, at this time, are unaccounted for. The National Police has confirmed that the number of people dead in the discotheque that has burned down now amounts to seven people. At the scene are, in addition to emergency services and firefighters, specialized units of the Superior Police Headquarters of Murcia in fire investigation to determine the origin of the facts.
