Ahmad Massoud Book Signing - Strasbourg
Ahmad Massoud, Afghan soldier and politician, son of Commander Ahmed Shah Massoud of Afghanistan's Panchir province, spent a day in Strasbourg as part of the Ideal Libraries literary festival. To mark the release of his book "Our Freedom", Ahmad Massoud recalled his resistance to the Taliban regime. The event was attended by Reza Deghati, the photographer and reporter who shot the portrait of Commander Massoud in 1985, which toured the world.
