In the Central Hall of the Field Museum in downtown Chicago, nearly 200 American students watched Chinese Kung Fu and dances, enjoyed Chinese songs and Chinese folk instruments performance, made mooncakes, and listened to the story of a U.S. Flying Tigers veteran. Gail Cooper Baumgartner-Brown, daughter of Joseph Cooper, a Flying Tigers soldier who had served in China, told the students her father's story.
