(231105) -- CAIRO, Nov. 5, 2023 (Xinhua) -- Egypt's Health Minister Khaled Abdel-Ghaffar visits a wounded Palestinian girl treated at Al-Arish Hospital in the North Sinai Province, Egypt, on Nov. 4, 2023. Egypt has been receiving 40 to 50 wounded Palestinians on average daily from Gaza for treatment since Nov. 1, Egypt's Health Minister Khaled Abdel-Ghaffar said on Saturday.
