Special forces personnel from the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) are monitoring an area while a group of veiled Iranian-Sunni female members of the Basij paramilitary forces are standing outside of a stadium after a ceremony commemorating Iranian-Sunni female martyrs in the seaport city of Bandar Turkmen, situated on the southeastern coast of the Caspian Sea, 410 km (256 miles) northeast of Tehran, on November 30, 2023.
