Turkish police detained 302 suspects during raids against financial crime organizations as part of operations carried out simultaneously in 63 provinces, a cabinet minister said Wednesday.
During the operations dubbed "Cage-22," the police captured suspects who allegedly committed crimes including usury, aggravated fraud to the detriment of public institutions and organizations, and aggravated fraud against individuals, Turkish Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya said on X, formerly Twitter.
