(240111) -- HAIYANG, Jan. 11, 2024 (Xinhua) -- A Gravity-1 (YL-1) commercial carrier rocket carrying three satellites is launched from waters off the coast of Haiyang, east China's Shandong Province, Jan. 11, 2024. China on Thursday sent a sea-launched Gravity-1 (YL-1) carrier rocket into space, sending three satellites into the planned orbit. China's Shenzhou-18 manned spaceship successfully docked with the space station combination early on Friday morning, according to the China Manned Space Agency (CMSA). The spaceship made a fast, automated rendezvous and docking with the radial port of the space station's core module Tianhe at 3:32 a.m. (Beijing Time).
