Located in Chigu Town, Comai County in Xizang's Shannan City, the project has installed 25 turbines at altitudes ranging from 5,000 to 5,200 meters, which is the highest of its kind in the world. The wind farm has a total installed capacity of 72.6 megawatts (MW). The first phase of the project went into operation in 2021, and the second phase in October last year.
