Drought Turism In Barcelona's Reservoirs
Hundreds of people are visiting the old town of Sant Roma de Sau, where normally the water of the Sau reservoir would almost completely cover the Romanesque church. They are taking advantage of the sunny and hot day to engage in what is now being called ''dry tourism,'' walking and taking photographs in front of the 11th-century church and houses abandoned since the mid-20th century in Sant Roma de Sau, near Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain, on February 4, 2024.
