A strong and fast-moving Nor’easter swept through the U.S. Northeast on Tuesday, February 13, knocking out power and disrupting travel, businesses, and schools. The storm brought heavy snowfall to New York City and other major metropolitan areas in the region, with 3.2 inches of snow reported in Central Park, Manhattan.
