STORYLINE:
Over 17,000 tons of goods have been shipped through the air cargo route linking China's coastal city of Xiamen and Sao Paulo in Brazil since its opening in last February, according to Xiamen Customs.
The cargo route is China's first designated e-commerce air link with BRICS countries. During the past year, the route has operated over 230 round-trip flights.
