People Lay Flowers For The Victims Of Moscow Attack - Yerevan
Armenians and Russians lay flowers near a makeshift memorial outside of the Russian Embassy in Yerevan, Armenia on March 23, 2024, to the victims of the March 22 terrorist attack that occurred in Moscow, Russia. On 22 March 2024 at around 20:00 Moscow time a coordinated attack occurred at the Crocus City Hall music venue in Krasnogorsk, Russia on the western edge of Moscow. As of 24 March, investigators said the attack had killed at least 137, and more than 182 were injured due to gunshot wounds, slashing attacks, and smoke inhalation related to fires from incendiary devices. The Islamic State Khorasan Province (IS-KP), an Afghanistan-based regional affiliate of the Islamic State claimed responsibility in a statement through the Amaq News Agency shortly after the attack. The news agency also published a video of the attack which was filmed by one of the attackers.
