Two People Shot, One Dead In Broad Daylight In Chicago, Illinois

Two people are being shot, one is being killed in broad daylight in Chicago, Illinois, United States, on April 9, 2024. A 41-year-old man and a 33-year-old man are standing outside at the 6900 block of N. Glenwood Avenue Tuesday morning at approximately 11:16 a.m. when an unknown offender is approaching and is beginning to fire shots in their direction. The 41-year-old man is sustaining a gunshot wound to his back and is being transported to the hospital, in good condition, and the 33-year-old man is sustaining a gunshot wound to his back and is being transported to the hospital, where he is being pronounced dead.
