Spain: Piles Of Garbage Left Behind After Athletic Club’s Victory Parade

Athletic Club players paraded down the Nervion River in the northern city of Bilbao on Thursday, April 11, and hundreds of thousands of fans gathered to celebrate their team's first major title in 40 years in Copa del Rey, the Spanish football cup competition. Videos posted on social media show that all kinds of trash were left behind after the parade, including plastic bags, beverage cups, food boxes, and plastic bottles.
