Hundreds of Indonesian journalists are demonstrating to protest against the contents of the government's latest draft broadcasting law, ahead of the change of president Ir Jako Widodo to president-elect Prabowo Subianto in Malang, East Java, Indonesia, on May 17, 2024. Indonesian journalists are protesting the article ''banning the broadcast of investigative journalistic works, transgender and homosexual behavior.''
