Severe storms packing strong winds and heavy rain rolled through eastern Nebraska, including Omaha, on Tuesday, May 21. The early morning storms prompted a brief tornado warning. Several inches of rain flooded roads and thousands were left without power. This video shows vehicles submerged on a flooded road near Dodge Street and 84th Street in Omaha.
