Two women are talking at the entrance to the property known as El Yuguelito, an irregular piece of land located in Colonia Polvorilla in the Iztapalapa mayor's office in Mexico City, Mexico, which, according to the National School of Social Work of the National University of Mexico, was established on a landfill in 2008.
